I've been out of touch, sorry, but so much has happened that it's been hard to get to the Blog.
Well, a short recap of events: The company's marketing efforts concentrated on getting the word out about our promotional videos and our invitations. With promotional videos it went easier, video invitations are harder to digest. Dozens of event planner received emails and phone calls. Some were polite, some were rude. A few of them recognized the potential to their clientele, and now is the perfect moment to mention Constance Adamopoulos' name. Constance heads "Organized Chaos Events" (http://www.organizedchaosevents.com/) an amazing event production company that produces out of the box, original and innovative events (Wow, the things she showed me at our meeting. People go all out for their events). We met in March, she loved the idea, and we hit it off personally. My first year as a business man taught me that good business and connections stems from chemistry between people, no matter how good the service or product is. A few weeks later Constance called me, and said she is introducing me to the San Francisco Visitors and Convention Bureau (http://www.onlyinsanfrancisco.com/), a non profit organization that strives to market San Francisco and the Bay Area as the premier destination for conventions, meetings, events and leisure travel. They loved the idea of a video invitation for their annual luncheon, held on May 29th. Meeting Dan, Lisa and Lynn from the Bureau was wonderful and we had just finished shooting the video invitation yesterday, using Renel Brooks-Moon, the Giants’ announcer and 98.1 Kiss FM morning host. It was F-U-N. I’ll post the link to the invitation soon.
Last week we finished an incredible Eco-Friendly invitation for “Israel in the Gardens”. The biggest Israeli happening in the Bay area (20,000 people and more). You can see the video invitation here: http://www.greenvite.net/.
And last, but certainly not least - two weeks ago we produced a video invitation for the glamorous “Rodan and Fields” (they are the creators of ProActiv Solution, the best selling acne system in America, who now have a new company and new lines of skin care products). They flew us to one of their events in Los Angeles, and we are now working on an invitation for their event in San Francisco, June 14th). It’s an amazing company, headed by beautiful and successful personas. An honor indeed. So…we are busy.
